When you have your vehicle serviced, you will be provided with an itemised Invoice for all parts used, sub-let repairs and labour charged. You will know exactly what you are paying for and what work has been performed. You will be notified in advance if any unexpected work is required, or if the likely cost is to be exceeded, and your permission sought to proceed with the work.
